Hello,
I've got a question.
In my SMF 2.0.1 is in the ACP, the following appears:
Forum Version: SMF 2.0.1
Current SMF version: SMF 1.1.15
????
My SMF has some mods, it may perhaps be due?
Or maybe because I've manually changed from 2.0 to 2.0.1? All changes were accepted, however.
You have upgraded from 1.1.5 to 2.0.1 ?
If this is the case then may be SMF is still thinking that you are running smf 1.x series , however I think it is fine.
admin -> scheduled tasks check run now fetch simple machines files click run now
Thanks Illori
Work fine
One question I would have.
Where and which files are checked and changed it and where can I find them?
what do you mean?
QuoteFetch Simple Machines Files
Retrieves javascript files containing notifications of updates and other information.
i dont know what exact file it retrieves, but it does and stores it in the database so it can not be read easily otherwise.
In the DB?
Hmmmm, if I now only in my forums all the data from the PC to the server load is always this error message. And I would not alter the DB but only the files via FTP.
i am not even sure what you just said. if i now only in my forum???
When I edit something on my forum, I do this to me on the PC. When I finished the edit and am using the install new mods, I invite all the new files via FTP to my server. Changes should occur at the DB, I change this via phpmyadmin. So I always manually install mods because my forum has a lot of changes. Each comes time to upload the files of this problem even if I change anything in the DB. Then, it replaces any files with this option in the ACP. just what are they?
Sorry for the bad english, I´m german.
No one how can help me?
I'm not sure what you asked either. I get the part about you editing the files on your PC and then FTP them to your server. I see you make changes to the database with phpMyAdmin. I don't understand what you are asking here:

The news files in your database are updated by the fetch simple machines files task. So, every time that task runs, it will overwrite the files in {prefix}admin_info_files, if that's what you mean.
Yes, but if I then delete all the entries he wrote me back only the 1.1.16 entries pure as before.

Is this still an issue? Are all of your files up to date, does the task to retrieve news from SMF work ok and leave no errors?
