Sorry, the database connection information used in the specified installation of SMF cannot access the installation of vBulletin 4.0. This may either mean that the installation doesn't exist, or that the Database account used does not have permissions to access it.

The error that was received from the Database was: SELECT command denied to user 'tokyo_dsma'@'localhost' for table 'user'

I got this error when trying to convert Vb to SMF 2 :-\ Note that am a some what nooob

Can you please add SMF user to vBulletin Database :)

Smf software is already install

how do i add smf user to vBulletin database, do i need to edit something one of the vbulletin file or used the phpmyadmin

You must do it via your control panel.
