Is there a way to display posts in chronological, rather than reverse chronological order?

In your profile, in "Look and Layout", uncheck "Show most recent posts at the top." and save, that way the post will show in chronological order, new post will show at the end of the thread.

Can i able to enable this setting to users? So that they can change whether they want chronological order or reverse chronological order. Is it possible to do so?

that is in their profile, so they can set it as they wish already.
