There is a way in the member's profile to add other members in ignore list but if one member is not in this list he can still read the message of the other. Is there a way to hide all messages from particular member?
Not in the base software.

No, because it's really hard to do correctly (especially given that any other mod involved would also need to support it, something not currently doable in SMF)
