Members Viewed Topic

I recently installed the "Active Members in Topic" Mod and this is helpful to show how many times a member has posted in a certain thread.

Anyway, could someone create a Mod to be similar to this but to show which members have read a thread? It would only be used for admins/mods probably. So maybe there needs to be permission settings for each membergroup.
