Topic viewable only by poster and staff

I am needing a mod so that i can make it to where topics in a certian board are only viewable by the poster and staff with the appropriate permission.

i don't see how this would hellp because if i give a user permission to view topics on the board, then they can read other users posts?

Exactly, so don't give them the permission.

AFAIK, the mod will let you always view your own topics.

oh i see, then that would work, in fact better because i can give members permission to view sticky topics so staff can post stickies with notes or instructions on that board to members.  Thanks.
