rel=nofollow to all posted links except to own forum

Hi

I have this for my vBulletin forum but I would like to have this on my smf too.

What this modification needs to do is:

add a rel="nofollow" to all external links posted by users and in their signatures, except if they link to my forum.

Can anyone help me with that?
