Deleting Posts?

I was wondering if there is a way for members to delete postings to stupid comments?

Example: Person1 posts a question on my forums, asking how to throw a changeup? PersonB says, "with a change of persons, hahaha." Person1 sees or feels as this being a stupid reply(comment) and would like to delete it themself.

Person3 replies to a question asked and gives the correct or best answer.I'd like to lock that topic and give out points to the correct answer. Can this be done?

Adding and/or subtracting points would be a great option.

You can give them the permission to delete replies to their topics only.

Have you tried the Karma system?
