looking for a special permission for guests

Hi all,

i've written down my problem in the german support board, but nobody knows a solution, so i think i try it here.

We like to have a special read permission for our guests:

The guests should be able to read the board list and the titles overview of the threads.
But if they try to access the thread-details (postings) there should be a warning.

I know, there is a mod which solves this. If i install this mod and apply it to a board, it works for guest access as expected.
But regular users are only able to read postings in this board. The only way to give the permission to write new threads or postings is to give the users access as a moderator.
If i switch the board back to normal use, the regular users can write. but the guests are able to read the complete postings.

Is it possible that there is a conflict, because i'm using 1.1RC3 and the mod is developed on 1.1RC2 ?

Is anyone out there, who solved a similar problem ??
