Customize Order of Topics

Is there any way to do that? Say I have a board just for Site Related stuff like

Terms of Service
Privacy Policy
Contact

and I wanted to put them in a certain order, is it possible?

admin > boards > click move next to the forum you wish to move, then move it up or down as desired.

ahh sorry my mistake, misunderstood ... topics are sorted by time of last post/creation, I have not seen anyone mention a different way to order them.
