So here goes, I read through dozens of requests to have an option to for user to be able to switch from linear to threaded view on the forums.

Right now, our members are "testing" this program and that is one of the constant comments. We are using a threaded forum program right now (old bugger, barely runs anymore) and since everyone is used to it, they keep asking if we looked enough.

The features in this program are pretty good, but the option of linear to threaded view would make it a lot better.

NEMINI

could you explain or provide an example of what a linear view is? (sorry not familiar with the term)
signatures are boring.

Fiery

I am not sure what they are exactly talking about, but I would guess like the option they have at http://www.cascade.org/Community/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=5&threadid=5596.

Look in the upper right corner.

It has been posted here a few dozen times.
Linear is the inline view, like the UBB stlye forums use.
Threaded is the tree view that forums like the WWWBoard use.

Here are a few of the other posts requesting the same thing.
