Image inside particular forum

I would like to request a mod that would allow to embed and appear image inside particular forum (above the tree-link.)

I was thinking compare the URL of the particular forum with IF-ELSE statement, if it matches the URL, it shows the image/banner just above the tree-link, but I don't know how to do it, sadly.

If you don't know what I'm blabbering on about, please ask me to elaborate more
