[MOD REQ] Admin Spoiler Mod

Well I'm trying my best but I'm not good on php and xml I still don't get how to make a mod so here's my request

An Admin Spoiler Mod... some hidden text that can be inserted on any post with a BBC tag that can be viewed only by admin/moderators, and that regular users will not see...

This will be good for reducing PM between Modertors/Administrators

It will be desirable too that this mod creates a Report Page for Admin Spoiler Mod on SMF Option Panel, so you can read all of the spoiler text reading the post, or reading them en the Report Page, and allowing the option to remove the spoiler text for some users only, lets say Moerators can't remove spoiler text but Admin can...

Mybe someone could modify existing spoiler mod ... just change all function names etc.. in admin spoiler.

I installed it (spoiler) on smf 1.1 and its perfect you can set special permission for each group ... can post can see.
