Rules Page that forces members to reagree if changed.

I'd like to request an extension of the registration agreement. Currently, it seems that once you agree to it, you never have to see it again, which is why I never include my rules in it, as I want them to be accesible all the time.

I'd like to request a mod that makes the agreement viewable at any time on a rules page, and forces all members to reagree to it should I chose to make them.

There's a similar mod out there for XMB and it worked quite well. This mod also had a customizeable FAQ feature as well, but thats not absolutely necessary.
