Background music in forum

Because my forum will have  a relation with music, I would like to know if there is any  php code, so  when somebody visit my forum to listen to some of my mp3s that I have uploaded on my server.
Is this possible and how?
I would appreciate any answer.

Use frames to load forum in main frame and html that plays music in other, invisible frame. That would allow your users to listen music interupted. If you put music on forum itself, each page reload would stop playing music.
