Gender as criteria in membergroups?

Having a mod such as this would help our members out greatly. We have a Girls Only membergroup where the women talk about stuff they may not want the men to see, and vice versa. I have Gender on Registration mod installed-if there is a way to intergrate such a mod into it, I'd be ever so grateful!
