Solved Thread Mod

I know there is a "solved" mod already, but it doesn't do what i need it to do.

I am an admin at www.phpfreaks.com/forums [nofollow] and we used to have a feature on IPB that put a button on the first post that the user would click on and it would change the thread title from "whatever" to "whatever [SOLVED]".

I'd love to have this feature for SMF and I've considered writing it myself, but I don't really have time.

Can anyone help me out?

FYI, this mod would need to have the ability to be able to make a thread "unsolved" as well (removing [SOLVED] from the title if the OP comes back and realizes it didn't work).

Yea I got that down .  Also should the [SOLVED] appear before or after the subject?  I say before.
