Multiple Folder for Attachment ?

Hi,

Is it possible to specify in which sub-folder of the attachment folder to upload a file ?

Actually, I've many files with the same names but in separate folder.  I can't upload them because there is a single attachment folder.

Even i badly need it...It's almost become impossible to maintain files
