Calendar badge

Has a mod been written so that a small calendar badge of events related to a specific board can be embeded in an external web page?  For example, I'd like to setup an iframe that links to something like:

hxxp:www.xyz.edu/forum/index.php?action=calendarbadge;board=79.0 [nonactive]

Each day that had event(s) would be a different color in the calendar badge than a day with no events.  Hovering over the day would show a tooltip of all the events for that day.  Clicking on the day would bring up the events of that day of that board (#79 in the above example) in a separate window.  The user would be able to change to the previous and next months of that board's calendar.
