New feature request for enhance "Notify&Search" function

Hi all,
could i beg a new notify function like this:

At first, i will prepare a searching rule which include my interesting key words only in title or entire posts;

Secondly,the Notification session will keep watching all new topics,when the new topic match with my searching rule,it will send me a mail.

this should be done ..if it is done..with a limit on searching rules one user can have

on the other hand i don't think its factible because i could enter the word "image" or "brush" in a photoshop forum ..a big one...and it would send me 12,347 mails ...

I know,but we are small.
Or maybe you can set some time slot for this notify and combine those search results into one mail and send,just like google group's message.
