[REQ]Icons before viewing the topic

I would like a mod where it is like e107.  Before you actually view the topic you can edit it, remove/delete the topic, or move it.  You can do this instead of going into the topic.  This would be nice especially for any inappropriate content in topics that no one wants to view.
