Loose name in "To:" field during answering/quoting a PM

If I want to answer/quote a PM, preview it and want to send it after that, it lost the name in the "To:" field.

And I still get the wrong language in notify eMails.

I fixed the to: problem. Wrong language in notification really needs checking out though...

Are you getting topic reply notifications in the wrong language, personal message notifications in the wrong language, or both?

I just found the right topic to post to...

I am still loosing the name in the "To:" field but only when I try to quote a PM.
It works ok with the Reply Button $:-\$

The first name also doesn't have quotes around it, if I add more than one.

Try to make a new PM and add the names though the search.
