creater/admin/moderator only see topic

I would like a mod that when you create a topic only you (the poster, started of the topic) and the admins and any mods can only see it. i believe vbulliten or ipb has this feature.

What he is looking for is a Ticket System. Admins can see all Tickets, the Creator of the Ticket can see only thier own tickets... although he wants to include Mods to see them as well.

Its often used to report things of a sensitive nature that should be known by the Admin team without having to PM several people.

Not a bad feature.

I have it set up that reported topics are created in a specific section. but yea something like that. i want the author of the topic and all admins and who ever that mods are for that forum can see it
