Rename Karma

Would it be possible to rename karma into reputation?

EDIT: And make it so when people give a person karma they have to write a little message about y, and that shows up in the user cp and would be cool if the message was green for plus karma and red for bad karma.

You can rename karma to reputation through your forum's admin control panel and there is a karma description mod in the modifications section.
