Super sticky?

I could have sworn I had something called "super sticky" on one of my SMF forums, quite a long time ago.  But I can't find it now.  Is it still around?

In the Additional Options when you were posting the message it added the option "Super sticky" which if you chose it would make your post go above all the other stickies, and make the subject line extra bold to stand out.

I believe the author of the mod removed all his mods from the modsite a long time ago. There however is this mod - Global Announcements.

I don''t recall seeing such an option as super sticky in my SMF forum but maybe I missed it. Should I install that mod to have that option? Thank you
