Special Graphic Reference Mod

Hi,

I'm not sure if this could work as a mod or not. What I would like is an interactive graphic that can be reached from the ADMIN page which has a mouseover feature on every available thing in SMF showing a description of where it is located in the file system with tips on editing it for personal use.

For example:

Click on Graphical Reference on the ADMIN page. Then click on a sample board. Then hover over the icon for Hot Topic, and it shows you where the icon is located in the file system, suggested replacement icon size, and any warnings about replacing with a new icon.
This could also be a tool to assist new moderators or administrators in finding where to edit a certain feature on the ADMIN page. An example would be to hover over the date/time, and it tells you where to edit the date/time format.

I think that would make it easier for the less PHP experienced to do some simple modifications of their own boards.
