Separate Open and Closed topics

Just a little request for a mod that separates open and closed topics, similar to this:

Notice the open and closed issues? I'd like something similar to that which only operates in certain forums.

you could just lock the 'closed' topics

I'm after the actual separation bit.

Basically have a filter that sorts open and closed topics.
