How the hell... SSI stopped working?!

All my SSI on the front page isn't being ran (Both SMF SSI and general includes). However, SMF SSI is working fine:

Any ideas?!

I get it... apparantly my hosts, for whatever reason, thought it would be funny to remove my user-defined apache handlers so it wasn't server parsing htm and html files, just shtml - hence why the SMF bit was working.
