Sorry, the database connection information used in the specified installation of SMF cannot access the installation of vBulletin 3.6. This may either mean that the installation doesn't exist, or that the MySQL account used does not have permissions to access it.

The error MySQL gave was: SELECT command denied to user 'ketenlik_alper'@'localhost' for table 'user'

what can i do for this

This definitely doesn't work properly with vb 3.6.8 . I tried the fixed, i get a Salvaged catagories with all its child boards the same as the main boards in vb, but there are no topics.

JayBachatero

I need to look into this converter again and look into converting the other data.

Will this have any effect on the VB Forums we are using? Currently, we are attempting to convert VB v3.6.7 to Simple Machines, and the VBulletin forums we use is quite big (300mb+) of database space. I'd like to know if there will be any downsides in converting such a large space.

Problems like, slow downs, removal of the VB database, timeouts, etc. I'd like to know because I don't want to mess up with the VB forums just yet.

Redownload the convert file.  It didn't make it all the way.
