Odd error after IPB2 convert

Hey there.  I just did a forum convert on hxxp:lan.skinned.net/forums [nonactive]
Conversion went fine... BUT... now I get this error at the top of the forums.

edir = $boarddir . '/Sources'; $guestaccess = 1; ?>

Anyone seen this before?

Actually, come to think of it, the problem was there BEFORE the conversion...

Hrm... maybe I borked something in the config file?
