Please help!! I want to add Link html code to my News fader!

Please help i want for users to be able to click on the news fader and then be taken to another page,i.e. add link code to anohter url but it seems like i have to add the whole code in the message box and it dosent look nice how to i hide the coding and just display soemhting like"click on here to go to so and so page" on one of the news in the news fader? how do i hie the coding and waht do i do?

i want to link a sports site on my messge board via the news fader

for example

i want hte news in the fader to say "click here to go to so and so sports site" but i dont want to show any html coding on the news fader as it will look unprofessional i want users to simply click on the news  "click here to go to so and so sports site"  adn then they are taken to the site e.g. "footbal.com"

how wud i do this usng html link tags?
