address change/image lost

i use apache to host my forums, when i isntalled it, it used my ip at the time as the web adress for the forums, my ip recently changed and now all the images wont show up, i changed the adress in the settings.php but it still wont work, any suggestions ? im sorry if this has been solved else where.

There are theme urls you need to change as well - look in Theme and Layout Settings.  It may also be helpful to use the repair_settings.php tool available on the downloads page.
