User can not stay logged in

Hello, I have just changed my site to a different server. When I login to the forum, everything is fine but as soon as I close my IE6 browser window, I am logged out and naturally asked to log back in when I go back to the page. This has never happened to me before... any suggestions? Thanks!

WFM with Internet Explorer.  It seems to be setting the cookie fine.

Have you tried clearing your cookies or using a better browser?

OK, I have narrowed it down. When I access the forum with the full URL, www.jedidefender.com/yabbse/ the cookie is in place. If I access http://jedidefender.com/yabbse/ the cookie is not. The forum or apache is not reading the with www and without the same... This was not the way it worked on the old server... any help?

Wait, have they IPO'd?  I thought it wasn't publicly traded, but I guess I really didn't check...

Have you tried turning on subdomain independent cookies?

Yes I have tried that, does not work.

I get this error when trying to log out of http://jedidefender.com/yabbse/ (the path that the forum reads is actually set at http://www.jedidefender.com/yabbse/. The error is "Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again."

I just logged in at one, and the cookie worked at the other.  Did you ever try the better browser ?
