Change Email errors

When folks change their email address their account is de-activated and an email goes out to the new email address with a link and new password. Click on the link and they get:

You are not allowed access to this section

I had a look in permissions and couldn't see anything relevant. Appreciate any help...

It's a bug in RC1, disable the Email new password on email change in Admin > Edit Features and Options for now.

RC2 when it's out. In the meantime disable the feature.
