2.0 Alpha how come anyone can edit poll options check out the test forum here.

That's neither a bug nor anything to do with 2.0 Alpha but simply designed behaviour for the Test Board here (where anyone is supposed to be able to edit anything)!

There is a problem in the poll system.

1. I created a poll
2. A member voted
3. That member deleted his account

The problem is:

1. His vote is still active
2. Even there are 4 votes, Total Voters: 3

I think that you should integrate a new option in the poll system, so if a member leaves, his vote disappears
