Upgrade RC1 to RC2 & Hosting question

well i would guess RC2 comes out soon if chatere members can get it now so the question is, is are skins for RC1 going to work on RC2?

Theres a few changes, though nothing major really, my RC1 skin works fine with RC2.

I've made a few changes to some files (in my copy of defaul theme) on my RC1 board...

BoardIndex.template.php, index.template.php and Message.Index.templage.php
/languages/index.english.php and InstantMessage.english.php

How will they hold up when I upgrade... will I have to re-do the changes!?

I also have a few themes installed... (Chat Bubbles, SMFcurve, xtSMF and more...) I think they should be fine... yea!?

Imagine your board will run fine, check the changelog for themes if it doesn't.

Soon, Any CM release issues will be resolved first. That way it will be as bug free as possible.

yeah how much money do i have to donate first?? if i had money i would be using IPB or vBulletin even though this is beter caus ei would get a license before i found out about this.  and i didn't code my sig, dannasoft.com is where i got it.

Charter membership is $50 p/a. I posted the link as a joke really. Although I don't see why you would use IPB or vB if you had the money. The support offered by the SMF team, as I see it, is fantastic, more so if you are charter member.

I am on the SMF support team for one reason, it's my way of saying thanks for a board that IMHO more than matches the "big boys" and is free, I suppose I could donate, but hey, I like to help others too .

i don't need hosting ui was just woundering, it seems you charge for it though, a friend and I are looking to to board hosting and could we host SMF?  the problem is though it cannot auto install with cpanel unless someone wishes to make a custom php script that can auto install it based on client input.
