Problems installing new skin

I'm having major problems installing a new skin for my board.  The skin in question is the great looking Helios one.

I seem to have installed it correctly from what I can tell & read on here, but it's just not running correctly.  It actually looks as if some of the graphical details are missing even though everything is there.

Admin --> Current Theme's Settings --> This theme's images URL:

Yup just done that.  All working fine now, thanks for the help
