When a topic has a moderator lock on it a member is still able to edit their posts by using the quick edit icon.

I have seen this bug in vBulletin too, and some versions of IPB, but i forgot the fix they used........(thinks to self)

I can confirm this all the way up to 2.0 so I will report this..
