Spanish Translation named 'fspanish' in lang selection?

I downloaded the Spanish translation for SMF, http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?languages;lang=spanish , but when I look at the select language menu in the user profile and default forum language, I get English and 'fpanish'. I've checked the translation files and database, but apparently the name is not there... Any ideas where I could fix that?

Also would like to point out http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?languages;lang=spanish_latin is an English copy... there's no Spanish translation there.

Did you use the UTF8 version? There is 2 versions there so that will help us.

We know about the Spanish latin files. I don't remember if its a mixup or if the new files never got translated for 1.1 Final.

I did a search and found fspanish here. I did not install utf8 version if that helps
