alternating pics

Use attached. Put in your site like http://site.com/image/random_image.php
Change this /home/path/to/your/site/ in php file to correct one. Then, put in that same folder some gif and jpg images. Thats it.

i am trying to input it in the index.template.php file and getting an error..

is there anything else i need to do?

are you trying to input the code inside (random_image.php) to your index.template.php, or just including the file!
