SSI Problem..?

Hi

ok, since one week or something like that pages with ssi includes cant be found sometimes, some can load it and see it, others not, or later or the next day they are able to see it. its strange and i dont know why.. :/  it allways comes "page cant be displayed..." but it should be and it is sometimes.
maybe its something with the server settings. sometimes its no problem loading it and often its a big problem and page not found but it is there..for sure..
