Minor bug with Classic Theme / no smileys

Deploying SMF 1.1.2 in new forum.  Chose Classic theme.  In theme options, selected "no smileys" for default smiley set for this theme.  So far, so good - no smileys shown in compose post form.

But - looking at Help / Posting page, I see broken <img> references where smileys are shown.  Source for help page references mydomain/Smileys/none/smiley.gif.

Workaround for now was to simply copy Smileys/classic folder into a new Smileys/none folder.

It all seems logical why it could happen. At the moment I am having issues downloading the latest cvs to see if this still exists but If any case I wouldn't expect this to be fixed in 1.1 if it is a bug.
