Not sure I'm understanding fully. SMF isn't a CMS (Content Management System). It's a forum. If you're talking about including features from SMF into your normal web site, you may want to look at SSI. (http://www.yourdomain.com/forum/ssi_examples.php) There's also been work done to integrate it with portals like Mambo and some of the others. If you're using the default theme here, it may look like a CMS, but the site is mostly done with SSI. Take a look at http://www.simplemachines.org/ssi_examples.php for more info.
