Attachment size

I downloaded and fired-up smf yesterday.  Absolutely wonderful product....

Question:   How can I increase the size 128 KB of the attachments allowed.
I'm using the forum for a mercedes car club, and we thrive on images...so the 4 image feature in smf is great, beats all others I know, however, with more members getting digitals, the jpgs are coming in at 350+ (until they learn how to downsize).....but we like high resolutions images of cars as well.

I was thinking the switch to increase the 128kb size was in a template somewhere.....but can seem to locate.  Any direction, is appreciated.

Also:  anyway for me to make a paypal small contribution?
