Guests viewing board

i have Allow Guests To Browse The Forum unchecked.
I'm using RC2
is this a bug?

It means that user is whatcing that topics url. Obviously he/she gets an error message. Same way you could watch admin center here: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=admin . So no bug. I guess that is googlebot. 66.249...
