Adding Link to the main part of a website...

I'm a totally newbie and I'm trying to figure out how to change Where it says the name of the forum into a link back to the main page of my Site..

I have absolutely no idea where to start and its driving me crazy as I've had quite a few complaints about the lack of a link back to my main page...

any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated
