SMF 2.0 Bug: BBC turned into HTML when editing.

This is an odd bug I've encountered several times while using this forum. What happens is that after I've written a message (and used bb-code or special symbols like " or ', then this get's changed into HTML if I edit my post. Another weird thing about this, is that if I choose to use the quick-edit, this doesn't happen.

Here's an example: If I were two write a message like this, it would be changed to HTML, even if I'm just using symbols.
