hi i just registerd and new how do i start my own forum can some1 help me please thanks

In short:
You have to get a host & domain name
You have to download SMF
You have to upload SMF to your host
You have to install SMF

iv downlaoded the smf but do i have to get a host and ic already got a domain name for my other site which i wanna use same domain name if possible and would i have to pay for the host  thanks for the help u given me im still new to all this

It's best that you pay for a host.
Free ones often have forced ads, and smf doesn't work properly with it.
And  you're also very limitd in what mods and themes you can install. Paid is always better
