Changing folder question.

So, I installed my forum on my root web directory "/", and I want to move it to "/forums/".
How would I go about doing this?
Is it as easy as changing $boardurl in Settings.php or is there more to it?

Yes, change the directory name, upload repair_settings.php (as it is now, not paths) and accept the changes it suggests.
