Last post on the bottom...

Could anyone help me?
I recently changed the theme on my forum and now the new posts are on the top of the page...
Is it a setting I can change or it depends on the theme?
I have searched all the administrator's tools and I can't find anything...
I'd like to see the older post on top and the newest on the bottom of the page, as before...

Can't it be general setting for all the foruma and all the members?
